Types of Tracking Technologies We Use.

Our employees receiving training on how to properly handle person information and we restrict access to what is necessary for an employee’s job functions.
We may store personal information within services provided by offshore cloud services providers. Some of the recipients of your personal information referenced above may be based in countries or regions outside of New Zealand. Accordingly, any personal information that is collected in connection with our services or your use of the website may be transferred to countries or regions with privacy laws that are different from New Zealand’s privacy laws. OBTAINING COPIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Under the Privacy Act, individuals have the right to access information that an organization holds about them. You may have the right to obtain a copy, no more than twice in a twelve-month period, of your personal information that we have collected and are maintaining. We will need to validate the identity of anyone making an access request, to ensure that we do not provide personal information to anyone who does not have the right to that information. Where a person establishes that the personal information, we hold about them is not accurate, complete or up to date, or is misleading, we will correct our records as necessary.
DELETE:
Except to the extent we have a basis for retention under applicable law, you may request pursuant to applicable law that we delete your personal information that we have collected and are maintaining. Our retention rights include, without limitation, complete transactions, and service you have requested or that are reasonably anticipated, for security purposes, for legitimate internal business purposes, including maintaining business records, to comply with law, to exercise or defend legal claims, and to cooperate with law enforcement. We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.
